Alexander Sparre is a Croatian businessman with an international background. Mr. Sparre specializes in real estate development. Another core area of Mr. Sparre is the restructuring of existing companies. Here he has accompanied and actively shaped several mergers and acquisitions in the past. This includes the ASC Group and the ACM.
DVF ESTATE is a European real estate developer with a strategic focus on the asset classes hotel/tourism and residential living.
Oliver Massabni holds a degree in engineering and architecture from the Technical University of Munich. He also completed studies at the Cornell University School of Administration in the USA and is a member of the architectural associations in Vienna,
Bavaria, Andalusia and Lebanon. In 1998, Oliver Massabni founded his first planning office in Munich, which successfully developed and planned commercial real estate including hotels in Germany and Austria. Since 2002, Oliver Massabni has concentrated on the tourism and hotel sector.
From 2004 Oliver Massabni, as a partner of PKF hotelexperts, a consulting firm renowned in the hotel and tourism sector and active worldwide, was able to deepen and expand his knowledge and experience in all economic aspects of tourism and hotel development, but also hotel operation. Within PKF hotelexperts, Oliver Massabni worked on various tourism and
hotel projects in more than 35 countries. The portfolio of properties planned and developed by Oliver Massabni includes luxury homes of major hotel companies such as Marriott, Louvre Hotels Group and Radisson Hotels Group as well as individually tailored boutique hotels. The fields of competence also include developments of leading tourism developments, such as the Vinofaktur Genussregal in Styria.
Oliver Massabni himself developed various new hotel brands, especially in the design and lifestyle budget segment, such as Daniel Hotels in Austria and Cocoon Hotels in Germany. These have successfully established themselves in their markets. His latest development in this area is the Hotel Buddy in Munich. The Daniel Hotel in Graz was awarded "Hotel Property of the Year" in 2005.
